ADHD Student Coaching
Practical support that helps students feel more on top of school, study, and daily life.
Who this is for
Focus Collective works with:
High school students
University students
Parents are usually the ones who make contact, and sessions are tailored to support both the student and the family.
A formal ADHD diagnosis isn't a requirement.
How coaching works
ADHD responds best to structure. For that reason, all students follow the same pathway.
Focus Foundation Month (entry point)
All students begin with a Focus Foundation Month.
2 × 55-minute coaching sessions
Delivered over 4 weeks
Focused on understanding the student, stabilising routines, and creating early, visible progress
Fee: $360
This phase allows coaching to be targeted and effective from the start.
Ongoing Coaching (10-week blocks)
After the Focus Foundation Month, most students continue into ongoing coaching.
5 × 55-minute sessions
Delivered over 10 weeks
Focused on building skills in:
Time management
Organisation
Study routines
Focus and follow-through
Confidence and independence
Fee: $850
Paid upfront or in instalments using zip pay.
Some students roll straight on; others begin at the start of the next school term. Recommendations are guided by the student’s needs.
What parents usually notice
Within the first month, many families notice:
Less overwhelm when starting tasks
More consistent routines
Reduced friction around schoolwork
Students able to explain what they’re working on and why
Progress is steady and practical, not rushed.
What Focus Collective does differently
Coaching is structured
Skills are built over time, not patched week-to-week
Support complements medical and psychological care
Sessions are practical, calm, and student-centred

Enquiries
To provide focused, consistent support, the number of students I work with at any one time is limited.
When places are full, new enquiries are added to a waitlist and contacted as soon as an opening becomes available.
If you don’t see a reply from me within 48 hours, please check your junk or spam folder - replies occasionally end up there.
“Our son went from nightly homework battles to managing his time more independently. Sophie’s calm, structured approach made all the difference.”
“I actually enjoy studying now. I know how to get started instead of leaving it to the last minute and just stressing.”
