ADHD Student Coaching
Practical support that helps students feel more on top of school, study, and daily life.
Who this is for
Focus Collective works with:
High school students
University students
Parents are usually the ones who make contact, and sessions are tailored to support both the student and the family.
A formal ADHD diagnosis isn't a requirement.
How coaching works
ADHD responds best to structure. For that reason, all students follow the same pathway.
Focus Coaching (Term blocks)
5 × 55-minute sessions
Focused on building skills in:
Time management
Organisation
Study routines
Focus and follow-through
Confidence and independence
Fee: $850
Paid upfront or in instalments using zip pay.
If you don’t wish to continue after the first session, your remaining fees will be refunded, no questions asked.
What parents usually notice
Within the first month, many families notice:
Less overwhelm when starting tasks
More consistent routines
Reduced friction around schoolwork
Students able to explain what they’re working on and why
Progress is steady and practical, not rushed.
What Focus Collective does differently
Coaching is structured
Skills are built over time, not patched week-to-week
Support complements medical and psychological care
Sessions are practical, calm, and student-centred
Getting started
To provide focused, consistent support, the number of students I work with at any one time is limited.

“Our son went from nightly homework battles to managing his time more independently. Sophie’s calm, structured approach made all the difference.”
“I actually enjoy studying now. I know how to get started instead of leaving it to the last minute and just stressing.”
