FAQ
-
What is ADHD coaching?
ADHD coaching is personalised support that helps you develop clarity around what works for you and strengthen the mental skills you use every day—like organisation, time management, working memory, and emotional regulation.
-
Do I need a diagnosis?
No, you don’t need a formal ADHD diagnosis to benefit from coaching for executive function such as time management, organisation, and working memory.
-
What kinds of challenges can you help with?
Coaching is a supportive, structured process that helps you navigate big changes—such as career shifts, parenthood, perimenopause, moving countries, or adjusting to an empty nest. Coaching provides clarity, emotional grounding, and practical tools so you can step into your next chapter with confidence.
-
What if I'm not clear on what I want yet?
That’s completely okay. Coaching is an ideal space to get clarity. Often, we’ll start by exploring your values and current reality, which naturally brings focus to what you want to shift. You don’t need to have all the answers before we begin.

Do you give advice?
Not in the traditional sense. My role is to help you access your own wisdom, creativity, and resourcefulness. That said, at times I may ask permission to share tools, frameworks, and strategies that many clients find helpful—especially around managing stress, building habits, and creating ADHD-friendly systems.
