    I'm Sophie Berry, a certified ADHD and Life Coach, a parent, and a teacher with over 25 years' experience teaching teens. I received my own late ADHD diagnosis just a few years ago, which certainly helped to explain a few things!

    I approach things from a whole person perspective, getting to know my client and the state of their nervous system before anything else. We then move to discussing current challenges, possible reasons for them, and strategies that help them meet their goals.
